As you mentioned, you need to change program and required access key, there are three ways to find out program id:

1. Switch the editor in change mode, it will prompt you popup to enter access key which mentions object ID like this. <R3TR REPS Object name>.
2. If you are changing object using OSS note then check the correction instruction mentioned in the note.
3. Open the program and check 'Object Directory Entry' from Go To option from menu bar.

Note: While changing the object, if it does not prompt you any popup for access key that means change access is already there for that object.
