Apportioning the header freight to item level by $ amount and weight work fine. I'm having trouble determining how to apportion the header amount by case count (i.e quantity).

There isn't a routine in M/08 that lets you apportion by any type of quantity. What would be the best way to accomplish this? Is it possible to write my own routine based on case count?
