Hi David,
From the icon you have shared in the post, it appears as both office 2010 and 2013 are installed in the machine (as the icon you have shared is for excel 2010).
As Kirill rightly mentioned, office 2013 does not support BPC 7.5 yet. Please refer to http://scn.sap.com/message/9583822
Also, to add to that point some times if more than one office versions are installed, functionalities wont work as they are supposed to.
Please keep only office 2010, un-installing all other office versions and give a try to BPC.
