Hi John,
Based on the layout, all the lines here should be groups. If your data can be structured properly, you could have
Group 1 would be EG and Aux.
Group 2 would Revs, Exp, transfers, mand transfers
Your totals can go into the Report footer.
So your data should end up in a similar order as you described.
Have a look at doing this as a Crosstab report. Create Group 1 as I described above and drop the Crosstab into the Group Footer1 section.
Inside the Crosstab, your rows will be Group 2 as I described above.
Then you can put a copy of the same Crosstab in the Report Footer to get the Grand Totals.
