Conditional Formatting on Heat map

Hi,

I have a requirement for Heat map conditional formatting and here I see options are available only equal to, greater than and less than only.

If I have requirement like if value is 0 (red), <21 (orange), <=56 (yellow), >56 (green).
So in this case how I can define >21 and <=56 is yellow?
