old version of miniSAP for linux were delivered on CDs enclosed to ABAP books like "The Official ABAP Reference." The book is still being sold in its newer edition e.g. here:

but I'm not sure if CDs are still enclosed.
Other book would be: ABAP Objects:

What you may try is to look up older editions on e.g. ebay to get the CDs..
